We process your data for the purpose of marketing our services, which includes sending advertisements and other direct communications by phone, SMS, email or via social media such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter. Such processing of data is based on our legitimate interest. As a potential customer, we collect information about you that allows us to identify you (First Name, Last Name, Company, Phone number and Email address). As a company, we strive to identify parties with whom we could potentially work together.
As a company, we do not bother you with emails (spam) or use questionable customer acquisition methods. We strongly believe in helping others and doing good – without any ulterior motives. When we help others, we believe that good things will come to us, too.

We only process data for as long as we need it for the purposes for which the register is intended. We erase all unnecessary personal data from the register every two years. You can request the erasure of your data from the register by sending a request via email to satu@planetdiplomats.com. In this case, we will erase the data immediately from all our registers, if this is possible taking into account the law and regulations.
