Mark is an experienced People leader with two decades of experience from large global corporates, SMEs and start-ups where his focus has been on developing holistic leadership that can bring the best out of people and technology in a sustainable way.

Drawing from a knowledge base of behavioural psychology, microeconomics and game theory, Mark is an advocate of rolling up the sleeves and digging deep into the data to find broad impact interventions for those who can’t see the woods for the decision trees. A fan of stats, bots, AI, ML and nudges he brings experience from coaching, facilitation and program design to help find ways to thrive in highly demanding and often chaotic times. 

More recently, Mark founded the Podcast the Finnish Leadership Team, which is positioned to help all leaders find the “Finnish way” of leading sustainably. He has also been focussed on holistic culture programs with a sustainable lens, unbiased leadership development with a focus on skills and styles that enables every team to perform, adapt and lead. He is a firm believer in human-centricity (which by the way needs a well-functioning planet) and that people don’t think as much as they think they think.
